Job description

We are looking for a Sales to be in charge of the HQTS Vietnam Sales team focusing on the Consumer Goods (CG) market (Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products). The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with a proven ability to independently develop executive-level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the product’s business development strategy and implementation with the objective of driving new business development for the Vietnam sales team. - VN company Inspection Depart. & Lab. Depart. business development, sales team building with related to any responsibility to achieve the annual new client target for both Inspection Depart. & Lab. Depart - Associating with the vice general manager and developing Vietnam’s local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives. - Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunities/new sales channels in India. - Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control. - Formulating and driving annual business plans with a good understanding of market dynamics. - Managing the Vietnam sales to achieve the annual sales goals. - Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales. - Coach sales executives for sales management and monitor their management - - Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

Job requirements

- At least 5 years of sales operation, business development & team managing experience in the TIC industry, sourcing company, trading business, or international purchasing business in the mechanical or food industry. TIC industry will be preferred. - Having team management team experience. - Excellent listening, writing, and cross-cultural communication skills. - Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization. - Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives. - Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking. - Aggressive, determined, and self-motivated. - International travel is required
