Sales Manager

The Role: As our Sales Manager, you'll lead the charge in our sales efforts, from strategic planning to execution, to surpass our ambitious sales targets. This pivotal role requires a charismatic leader adept in managing and inspiring a diverse team, enhancing customer relations, and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. • Conduct sales training and development programs for the existing team to enhance their skills and performance. • Strengthen customer relationships and improve customer service practices to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet sales objectives and foster a culture of success and continuous improvement. • Identify and target new sales opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service and satisfaction. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet changing market and customer needs.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the marine services or related industry. • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies, customer service improvement, and team leadership. • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
