5. Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to introduce products/services and generate interest.

6. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, prices, and contract details with clients to finalize sales. Effective negotiation skills are essential to close deals while maximizing profit margins.

7.After-Sales Service: Providing support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction, which may involve resolving issues, answering queries, and facilitating returns or exchanges if necessary.

8.Continuous Learning and Development: Staying updated with product updates, industry news, and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self-learning to enhance professional skills and effectiveness.
