Sales Manager

 Develop and acquire new customers to expand the market presence.

 Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive loyalty and long-term partnerships.

 Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to implement and monitor systems that enhance customer satisfaction within the assigned area.

 Coordinate with relevant functions: business development, marketing team to ensure effective pre-sales and after-sales support.

 Maintain a solid understanding of product features, benefits, and technical specifications, with a strong grasp of the steel building industry.

 Prepare and present accurate data and reports on sales performance.

 Identify and leverage opportunities for market and product growth at the local level.

 Coach and develop team members

 Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position.

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineer

 Experience in Sale PEB (At least 5 years )

 Good network with Chinese PO / AECs

 Able to speak both Chinese (primary ) and English
