- Make sales and marketing plans
- Build target and propose solutions to BOD
- Make sales and marketing strategy
- Make and keep good relationships with customers
(mainly Japanese companies)
- Seeking and approaching new potential customer.
- Report direct to BOD the sales result regularly
- Make IT proposals and quotations
- Training and coaching sales staff
- Make improvements for the organization and procedure
- Other requirement from BOD

- Fluent in Japanese / English and Vietnamese.
(Experience of studying/working in Japan or have basic IT knowledge is an advantage)
