Get to know the role:
• Manage sales pipelines to strategize towards growth and profitability.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Collaborating with senior leaders to establish and execute goals for their team.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and assisting them in achieving their goals.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
The day-to-day activities:
• Analyse sales profitability and determine sales techniques, marketing angle and market penetration plan to be shared with sales teams.
• Present company products, features, and benefits knowledge.
• Training and educating the sales team with presentations of strategies, workshops, and efficient cascading of information.
• Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to the sales process and deliver solutions to these issues.
• Managing your sales team and assist them in achieving their sales goals.
• Helping your team with their clients/prospects.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-2 Experience with strong knowledge in Currency Exchange, stock market, finance, real estate, insurance.
- The ability to present & deliver information to clients.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong telesales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent people skills and experience establishing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships to grow our services.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
