One of the biggest MNC companies is looking for a Sales Manager in HCMC. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About Sales Manager (HCM) Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to achieve sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organise, plan and execute sales activities through the use of salesforce
- Execute the sales process following JBT’s commercial excellence guidelines
- Weekly reporting to Sales Leadership team
- Represent complete DF&H portfolio, look for cross-selling opportunities with multinational firms as well as with local players
- Plan and execute farming activities with existing JBT accounts and hunting activities to generate new leads
- Meet monthly KPIs (meaningful interactions, leads converted, pipeline creation)
- Ensure seamless communication with the customer care and project management team to support JBT customers
- Working closely with sales management in Asia to expand the product portfolio offered in Vietnam, and choosing specific applications as catalyst for the company growth
- Responsible for Vietnam sales forecast & budget in DF&H portfolio
- Build a strong and engaged sales function in Vietnam

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

- At least five years experiences with proven track record within machinery/equipment industry
- Significant experience in the food & beverages industry with track record
Strong relationship with largest F&B players in Vietnam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Good team management skills
