About the Sales Manager Role:
In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to achieve target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales performance of the company in Vietnam with sales, dealing with multinational firms as well as with local players: new equipment’s sales
- Working closely with regional leaders to promote products and systems portfolio capability within area of responsibility.
- Leverage market information, identify, implement business strategies, and make plans in line with corporate strategies to grow the targeted market segment
- Understand the market and they key players: customers and competitors
- Plan and implement key account strategies to strengthen business relationships with major current and high potential customers
- High focused and results orientated Sales Leader
- Keep up to date and schedule all activities into the CRM such as project information and all sales activities.
- Assist marketing and sales management in the development and implementation of new sales strategies, tactics and tools for new market opportunities.
- Be a team player and cooperate with information sharing across other departments such as Project Management, Applications and Regional Customer Care /Service
- Responsible reporting through weekly updates and reliable forecasting (opportunity and pipeline data)
- Collaborate across functions within the business.
- Prioritise working safety across all aspects of the business.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

- Minimum three to five years of relevant work experience with direct sales in B2B capital equipment and/or processing industry preferably in the food and beverage sector
- Proven sales track record in securing results and meeting profit and sales targets
- Experience in capital equipment sales is essential
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Able to articulate and deliver product presentations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others in one to one or group situations
- Need to have good presentation and listening skills
- Proven sales leadership capability and high achiever
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage process engineering, and experience in equipment integration, servicing and solutions is an added advantage
- Proven sales track record in securing results and meeting profit and sales targets
- Highly motivated individual, diligent and proactive business attitudes with leadership and entrepreneur flair
