● Work closely as part of growth team to come up with GTM strategy, build and manage B2C sales
team to hit conversion rate targets;
● Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staffs, preparation of scripts,
preparation of sales schemes;
● Work on affiliate distribution system, optimize publisher recruitment and revenue per publisher;
● Manage the team to ensure a great customer experience;

● Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales; experience in education, insurance, social commerce

● Proven track record of managing sales team;
