Job Summary

We are an international business growth consulting & import and export company looking for a Sales Manager to join the Vietnam subsidiary.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a high level of relationships in the food and beverage industries.

Grow with the new company in Vietnam and have to opportunity to visit Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and USA.

In this role, you will be initially conducting sales for the company. Once you show your skills in closing sales, you will continue to hire and train a team of sales executives directly under your management. To be successful in this position, you will need strong deal closing skills. We also expect you to have several years of sales experience and a solid understanding what businesses expect in Vietnam.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create and implement sales strategies to attract our target customers in the hospitality industry and increase sales.

2. Define the requirements for qualified sales leads, initiate and build customer relationships, draft sales proposals including price quotations and help our sales agents to close sales and meet KPIs

3. Observe the company’s sales process and identify areas for improvement. Train sales executives to close and improve in their sales skills. Oversee your team and support them in meeting their goals.

4. Deliver on the sales KPIs required by the company’s CEO.

5. Identify new leads and avenues for growth

6. After closing a sale, assign tasks to the departments in the company within the company to deliver the quoted promises to our clients.

Requirements and Qualifications
· A bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Marketing or Food & Beverage Management
· Management and sales experience
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Problem-solving abilities

Up to 2 months probationary period depending on your performance.

Salary review every 3 months: Up to 50% increase in salary and/or up to 50% salary bonus.

Job location in Go Vap, Ho Chi Minh. No remote applications.

Employment Type: Full-time

Monday to Saturday – 8.30am to 5.30pm
