Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow the sales operations for our coworking space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience in the flexible workspace industry or a related sector. This role involves driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and fostering a community-centric approach to attract and retain members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from generating leads to closing deals.
• Conduct tours of the coworking space, highlighting features and benefits to prospective members.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing members to ensure high retention rates.
• Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
4. Market Analysis and Positioning:
• Monitor coworking trends, competitor activity, and market demand to adjust sales strategies.
• Ensure the coworking space is competitively positioned within the market.
5. Community Engagement:
• Collaborate with the community team to promote events and foster a sense of belonging among members.
• Support initiatives to enhance the member experience and drive referrals.
6. Team Collaboration and Training:
• Coordinate with operations teams to develop campaigns and promotional activities.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members to improve their performance.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and occupancy metrics to management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in company systems.
8. Compliance and Administration:
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations, maintaining accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports, proposals, and sales contracts and provide updates on progress toward targets.

Key Requirements
1. Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, with 3+ years of experience in coworking spaces, real estate, or hospitality.
2. Skills and Competencies:
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese is considered an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of coworking space dynamics and community-building principles.
3. Personal Attributes:
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
4. Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of workspace trends, flexible office models, and client needs.
• Experience in marketing or event management to support promotional efforts.
