Sales Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all admission activities within the organization to meet enrollment targets, develop effective admission strategies, and build a professional team. This role requires leadership skills, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of the education market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for student recruitment at Le Dai Hanh Campus, successfully achieving enrollment targets and providing weekly reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

• To ensure that VTC Academy achieves the target growth and retention numbers in line with the annual budget.

• Ensure that you develop, execute, and regularly monitor marketing, retention, and admissions plans that direct each phase of the internal and external marketing processes.

• To create and implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures student attraction, recruitment, and retention, based on the school's promises and stories.

• Ensure that every staff member in the branch company is aware of their role in attracting, converting, and retaining students and is actively and appropriately engaged in all three activities.

• To contribute to the broader business through sharing best practices with the wider community and supporting or driving business development opportunities.

• Other tasks: To be assigned by the CEO.

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

2. Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, education, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a management role.

• Proven work experience as an Admissions Manager or similar role

• Experience in managing a diverse team of 15 members

• Ability to analyze and interpret information

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, networking, and verbal and written communication skills

3. Other skills

• Knowledge or experience in IT/Design is an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross-functional high, performing teams.

• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to different tasks at hand

• Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines and targets and achieve calm working under pressure.

• High level of integrity.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.
