Sales Manager Air & Ocean Freight (Logistics)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for air freight and ocean freight services

• Identify and acquire new customers in import/export, freight forwarding, and logistics markets

• Manage and grow existing key accounts to maximize revenue and retention

• Prepare and negotiate freight quotations, contracts, and rate agreements

• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate sales reports

• Represent the company at client meetings, trade events, and industry forums

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field

• 5–7 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping

• Strong knowledge of air freight and ocean freight operations

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Good understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and customs processes

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Immediate availability is a plus

Working Time: Monday to Saturday (Saturday morning), from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
