- Explore the Cosmetic market.
- Reach the sales revenue target.
- Develop channels for distribute besides the exist channels (Shopee, Lazada, Watson..)
- Report and analyze company's sales and research cosmetic market trend in Vietnam
- Building up good relationship with existing channels (Guardian, Watsons, Hello beauty and beauty box)
- Organizing Sales Visit.
- Establishing new business, research to find opportunities for expansion.
- Working closely with Clients to process PO, push sales for all brands/channels.
- Research market, industry, competitor and related events, publications, and announcements, proposal and implement marketing activity.
- Reviewing sales performance and reports with sales data.
- Creating Monthly and Yearly Sales plan and target.
- Planning promotions scheme for all channels.
- Co-ordinate with marketing dept. to maximise revenue.
- Set up new POS upon requirments.
- Support event/workshop upon requirement.
- Train and manage team members.
- Build up teamwork with related departments in Company.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Keep on track on stock inventory.
- Keep on track of PO for all channels.
- Incharged of sales, consulting, CRM with customer from website, FB and Instagram.
- Planning and execute CRM program.
Other duties as assigned
- Experience: over 3 years.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role.
- Graduate with Bussiness Certification.
- English Level: Fluent.
- Korean is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to travel for Job requirements.
- Well-organized, hard working, honest and able to work effectively under pressures.
