• Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales programs and activities in the area of responsibility.
• Be responsible for evaluating performance of Salesforce
• Build Team Talent through effective coaching and management
• Work closely with Sales team and International Business Development teams to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and an execution of business & Sales plan
• Ensure alignment of key business objectives with teams as well as within the department
• Do top-to-top meetings with key customers and key leaders in assigned regions
• Able to communicate at different organization levels.
• Look for new opportunities/clients
• Any other tasks or duties assigned by management.

*** Education: Bachelor's degree
***Experience: At least 4-years experience at same position (ASM) in FMCG/ Food&Beverage
