JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage objectives setting, sales target, and sales team’s performance monitoring.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and motivating the sales team.
Develop sales processes that drive sales.
Mapped out performance improvement plan for sales individuals.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence, while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Research and test new sales channels (Autosales, outsource, etc.) develop sales management tools (CRM system, centralized management system, etc.)
Work in revenue generating initiatives and projects.
Manage recruiting high performing sales individuals.
Conduct sales training.
Manage any other adhoc assignments given from time to time.
Has strong ability to recruit and expand the team.
Has relevant experience managing inbound or outbound sales.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Driven and motivated to achieve results.
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English communication.
5 work days per week (including 4 weekdays + 1 weekend days.)
Able to work from 12:00 – 9:00 PM.
