The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies and manage client relationships to achieve business growth. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City to manage Vietnam business and offers a permanent role with competitive compensation.
Description
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
* Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.
* Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.
* Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
* Providing leadership and support to the sales team.
Profile
* Proven experience within the B2B Industrial sales, especially to F&B, Personal Care Manufacturers.
* Knowledge in Flavors & Fragrances ingredients markets and trends.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills in bọth Vietnamese and English.
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
* A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
