Job Description

*** Daily Operation Management:
- Oversee and well manage the operation activities in the assigned area
- Ensure sales operations plan, its objectives, and administrative procedures are thoroughly understood and implemented
- Think big picture and see changes as the new opportunities.
- To plan optimal trade coverage effectiveness.
- To Control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions
- Follow up the development of his area potential and recommend further actions.

*** Stockiest & Customers management:
- Manage stockiest at high level, ensure all the operation are well aligned with company business guidelines and objective
- Establish effective relationship with his customers.
- Report customer service level and other matters effecting sales to trade.

*** Cost management:
- Control selling expenses as authorize as laid down in the schedule of authorities
- Assess financial solvency of the trade and recommend action to his superior.

*** Team Management:
- Participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme.
- Train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance

*** Others:
- Execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company
- Take other assignments from Regional Sales Manager as requested

Job Requirements

** Education: Bachelor's degree
***Experience: At least 3-years experience at same position (ASM) in FMCG/ Food&Beverage

***Skills:
- Good communication in English
- Good planning skill, communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical, strategic thinking & problem/ solving
