*** Stockiest & Customers management:
- Manage stockiest at high level, ensure all the operation are well aligned with company business guidelines and objective
- Establish effective relationship with his customers.
- Report customer service level and other matters effecting sales to trade.
*** Cost management:
- Control selling expenses as authorize as laid down in the schedule of authorities
- Assess financial solvency of the trade and recommend action to his superior.
*** Team Management:
- Participate in drawing up of sales incentive scheme.
- Train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates as well as to appraise their performance
- Execute ad-hoc operations as planned by the Company
- Take other assignments from Regional Sales Manager as requested
***Experience: At least 3-years experience at same position (ASM) in FMCG/ Food&Beverage
