1. Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with Top management to develop comprehensive sales strategies for VRV systems.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Formulate and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors, Interiors Designers, architects, engineer, developers & clients regularly for projects.
Research and build relationships with new clients in B2B/Industrial projects.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions accordingly.
Manage to negotiate and close commercial agreements.
3. Sales Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on VRV systems.
Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
4. Technical Knowledge:
Stay abreast of the latest developments in VRV technology and HVAC industry trends.
Provide technical support and training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.
5. Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals for VRV systems.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales collateral.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Experience in a sales leader for at least 7 years
o Good English communication skills
o Strategic, responsible, willing to take initiatives
o Proven track record of successful HVAC sales, with specific experience in VRV systems.
o Strong understanding of HVAC technology, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Leadership experience in managing sales teams.
o Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
