• Generating business in leasing industrial properties (Factory/ Warehouse)
• Recognizing client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally.
• Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing.
• Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing, and preparing pitch proposals.
• Building a solid track record in international market hitting revenue targets
• Reporting on International market updates regarding the industry, investor sentiment, and trends, to further promote the long-term strategy.
• Building up and maintaining close relationship with people at potential investors, before and during their business operations in Vietnam.
• Define sales development and action plan every quarter within the given budget.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• The ongoing training of salespeople.
• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
B. Customer service
• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Receive the inquiries, requests, complaints from customers by phone, online chat, email, or in-person; accurately and timely respond to them.
• Coordinate with and follow up with the relevant departments to answer customers' inquiries as well as resolve the customers' requests, complaints
• Execute the Customer satisfaction survey by phone, online chat, email, or in-person when appropriate and the periodically survey in writing in order to get customers’ experience on BW products and service.
• Leading or supervising a team of customer service staffs
• Build up the relationship with authorities to solve the tenants’ issues.
• Organize annual activities/ events for Tenants.
• Working closely with construction and marketing department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• High level written and spoken English and Korean.
• 4 – 5 years working in commercial real estate industry.
• Prefer having experience on leasing industrial property.
• Experience in industrial / hi-tech business park / warehouses / factories is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills.
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients.
