The Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager supports Rieckermann Vietnam to provide solutions and services for the METAL PROCESSING segments. By this activity the Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager will actively support the Company’s growth and success. Sales & Target Present, promote and sell industrial equipment and solutions for METAL PROCESSING Industry to existing and prospective customers. ▪ Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers ▪ Conduct presentations and demos, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations as relevant to sales. ▪ Perform analyses of existing and potential customers’ needs and offer solutions that address their needs ▪ Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company’s standards, rules and regulations or as directed. ▪ Achieve sales targets on a yearly and quarterly basis. ▪ Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments e.g.Technical Services, Engineering Operations, Project Management and sales colleagues from other departments, in order to be able to offer solutions that fulfill the customer’s needs ▪ Develop technical projects at key accounts by systematically project follow up ▪ Regular update and report on RIS (Rieckermann Information System)/CRM system. ▪ Calculate client quotations. ▪ Verify technical drawings, layouts and cycle time analysis to match the customer needs ▪ Generate economic analysis and concepts to offer competitive concepts. Market Strategies & Business Development Plan and execute marketing strategies to reach various demographics of customers. General Department Metal Processing Technologies Geographical area to be covered Vietnam Reports to General Director Location Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Employment type Full-time 2 / 2 ▪ Analyze the territory/market’s potential and identify potential customers ▪ Supply management with information on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities ▪ Keep oneself constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends and best practices of the industry. ▪ Support continuous improvement by pro-actively providing new ideas. Customer & Supplier/Partner Relationship Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers and suppliers/partners. ▪ Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs. ▪ Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions which consistently will result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales. ▪ Find solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. ▪ Closely cooperate and coordinate with the Suppliers/Partners

Yêu cầu công việc

▪ Preferred is a bachelor's degree in Process and/or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent a proven experience in sales of CNC machine process technology and/ or mass production equipment. ▪ Minimum 5 years working experiences within one of the related industries, with solid understanding of the market players and customer coverage. ▪ Good knowledge and understanding of the technologies to present high-end and niche technology in the field of machining and automation. ▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. ▪ Excellent written and verbal English skills. ▪ Effective planning, analytical and implementation skills. ▪ Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications. ▪ Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas and to work extra evening hours. ▪ Working well under pressure. ▪ Working self-reliantly. ▪ Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility. ▪ Team and disciplined working spirits. ▪ Professional appearance and demeanor.
