• Develop and execute Go to Market strategies to drive business in new and existing markets in order to reach the sales objectives year by year.
• Partner with Marketing team and other supporting function to make sure the sales operation efficiency
• Proactively advise to senior leaders for sales initiating program, development plan.
• Be responsible for sales performance in South of Vietnam, from Ninh Thuan to Ca Mau ( South East, Mekong, HCM)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields.
• 5+ years of Sales management.
• Communicate in English is an advantage.
• Familiar with market and GT distribution channel in the South.
• Integrity mindset and discipline.
• Good communication and influencing skills.
