Sales & Marketing

A. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Market research, discovering and pursuing new potential customer , negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. (will be instructed by Senior)

- Follow-up the order from customer until delivery, included: making shipping document, customer care.

B. SPECIFIC TASK:

1. Marketing:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through phone calling, networking, social media, and customer data

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Report to manager about shipping/ delivery and claim problem from customer.

- To manage and filling sale documents.

2. Sales:

- Receive the purchase order from manager/customer.

- Check the price, delivery date and all information….

- Check the raw material availability and report to Manager if any.

- Create the SO in SAP and submit for approval.

- Co-ordinate with Logistics/Production about the delivery schedule.

- Communicate & make the delivery schedule draft and get the Manager approval.

- Send the confirmed purchase order to customer.

- Work with Logistics to fullfil the delivery document.

- Checking the finish goods before delivery to make sure that comply with customer requirement.

- Communicate with customer before/after delivery.

- Submit and filling quotation for Sales.

- Follow-up the payment from customer.

- Control the sales function in SAP.

- To manage and filling sales documents

- Make the monthly sale report to manager.

Requirement:

- Female : from 22 – 28 years old.

- Graduated from Regular University

- Can communicate in English.

- Preference for candidates with 2 years of experience in sales administration or logistics.

- Good communication & teamwork.

- Good computer knowledge of MS Office. (SAP software knowledge is prefer).

- Willing to work for the company for long term. Local staff is an advantage

- Salary: 11M-13M
