As a member of the AGS Global Solutions Business Team, the Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities across Vietnam. This role requires outstanding communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly, contributing to the growth of new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. It’s a busy, dynamic, and rewarding position in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• Providing sales support, including preparing quotations and tenders

• Flexibility and the ability to improvise when needed

• High proficiency in administration, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and databases

• Excellent IT skills, with a good understanding of AI tools and applications

• Representing AGS at business, social, and community events

• Responding promptly with service proposals

• Matching client needs with AGS service solutions

• Scheduling meetings and identifying client requirements

• Preparing and delivering professional presentations

• Managing contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• Account management and client relationship maintenance

• Meeting assigned KPIs and performance targets
