• Identify, manage and develop new sales platform and opportunities.
• Work on implementation of corporate Sales & Marketing plan for designated products and create new marketing opportunities along the way.
• Work actively with Corporate Business Development team to manage & develop new business in the territory.
• Prepare projected sales plan and effective demand forecasts.
• Manage/motivate/train & lead a team of sales personnel aiming to achieve sales targets.
• Arrange market research through regular market audits and understanding the competition.
• Coordinate actively with Brand promotion and design teams of the company for introducing innovative ideas and maximizing business.

The desired candidate would be graduate/postgraduate in Finance/Business Administration/Marketing and should have proven track record of performance and ability to produce results under pressure. He/she should essentially be a team player, motivating and performing leader with clear expression and excellent interpersonal skills.
