Now we are in need of recruiting 02 Sales Officer based in Aeon Mall Ha Dong and Aeon Mall Long Bien.
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
- Report to: Deputy Manager/Manager
- Team: 7 - 10 members
Job Summary: Manage and support tenants to maximize tenants' sales to achieve target and maintain tenants' compliance to Mall's operation rules and regulations.
Sales Officer - Aeon Mall Ha Dong
1. Follow the sales plan to reach sales target for the in-charge tenants
2. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports
3. Frequently patrol to maintain tenants’ service standard and performance in compliance with Mall’s operation rules and regulations
4. Support tenants with daily operation, document processing… to maintain normal operation of tenants
5. Find potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department
6. Other tasks as assigned
Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien)
1. Lease temporary spaces, event courts, and signages to clients following the monthly approved budget and make sure clients follow regulations smoothly (30%)
2. Seek sponsorship for cooperation to have unique & well organised campaigns (20%)
3. Contact clients via phone and email and keep contact customers, potential clients to find their requirement and sales opportunities (15%)
4. Patrol & check events, wagons and other leased areas to ensure well set up before operation hour (10%)
5. Find potential clients by different methods to fulfill maximum leasing spaces (10%)
6. Make daily and monthly reports (10%)
7. Other duties as assigned by Supervisors (5%)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor degree, any majors
2. 1 - 4 years working experience is preferred: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service...
3. Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
4. Be careful & accurate, have good team-work and communication skills.
5. Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Be willing to work in shift ((1 – 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM – 22:30 PM) per week)
