Sales Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien - 568)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Long Bien

- Working location: Aeon Mall Long Bien Office, 2nd FIoor, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi

- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM – C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.

- Report to: Manager.

Job description:

1. Follow the sales plan to achieve sales target in assigned category (25%)

2. Frequently visit existing tenants and new tenants to provide timely support, discuss about product display, staff’s performance, corporate events for smooth daily operation (20%)

3. Lease storage, signage & lots following budget and under regulation (15%)

4. Check sales of tenants & chase bad debts to prevent tenants’ sales violation (10%)

5. Conduct survey to gain awareness of competitor and market trend (10%)

6. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports (10%)

7. Prepare sales report and meeting handling for Tenants (5%)

8. Other task as assigned (5%)

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field

2. Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.

3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.

4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).

5. Have good teamwork spirit and good logical thinking skills.

6. Have high responsibility and be careful.

7. Have good data analyzing skill and customer focus mindset.
