Sales Online Executive (Tik Tok)

*Operation

• Operation E-commerce site, set up a Yearly, monthly plan for Tik Tok channel, Create promotion for brand.

• Finance: Support admin team knowledge about income/all order/invoice issue on Tiktok Shop system if have.

• Warehouse + 3PL: Manage delivery lead time in daily and holiday

*Commercial

• Work with Tiktok AM (Account manager): Get campaign calendar, plan suitable for each campaign, push key product, plan for affiliate campaign.

• Bidding package like SBD, SBD, BAU if have , Problem solving: issue as operation/warehouse/3PL/CS/...

• Negotiate exclusive deal/exclusive price on each duration KAM propose.

*Live stream Managing

• Planing live stream schedule, price, live stream product,...

• Live stream action: Directly or support live on Mega livestream with KOL (if have)

*Affiliate marketing

• Make long term plan for affiliate, big campaign, JPB with Creator

• Searching/booking KOC/KOL to collaborate review product or affiliate live streaming

*Media

• Make video content strategy, manage video content

• Work with video producing agency to make video -> airing on tiktok channel

• Manage video performance as: Sale revenue from video, view, comment,..

*Ads managment

• Plan ads budget yearly, monthly with internal and Tik Tok ads team

• Create, manage and optimal VSA, LSA, PSA and ads for creator.

• Have experienced at least from 1 year in sales position

• Good communication in English

• Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, Power point ...)

• Good communication skill, under high pressure, high sense of team responsibility

• Ability to work individually and in groups

• Enthusiasm, passion and quickly adaptation
