Reports To – Assistant Operation Manager

Your Role:

Handle daily supply chain operation activities related to Sales order processing, Credit processing, Delivery following up.

A Typical Day:

• In connection with 3rd Logistics party to ensure daily stock on hand both in system and in physical status.

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly sales orders, return/ exchange/ collection manipulation in SAP system to ensure all are satisfactorily and legally processed and delivered within lead time.

• Manage the 3rd Logistics Party to ensure all deliveries to customers at the required satisfactorily level.

• Review daily delivery reports and solve possible/arising problems at timely manner.

• Manage the 3rd Logistics Party in in-time delivery accuracy and PoD collection to ensure the contractual KPIs.

• Sales order processing for B2B / D2C orders and following up delivery status.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines.

• Customer/Supplier relations Management

• Warehouse & product handling

• Skills to use PC and various software packages such as excel, power point, SAP experiences is preferable.
