Sales Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing the success of the sales team by managing sales goals and processes. Main duties include creating and implementing sales processes, training, Data analyzing and report, overseeing the sales team performance.
Main responsibilities:
c Manager must be capable of handling a wide range of tasks pertaining to the sales operations. Primarily, Sales Operations Manager ensures that sales processes and teams are operating effectively. Some of their daily tasks include:
• Daily check sales activities and revenue to support in need and make sure the team has the ability to achieve daily/monthly/yearly revenue targets.
• Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity
• Overview the customer’s fitness evaluation process.
• Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales systems
• Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making
• Manage the overall sales tech stack, including HEART, Power BI and other sales tools
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
• Prepare sales reports for the Board of Directors when requested
Yêu cầu công việc
Experiences
• Relevant experience in sales, consulting services.
• Experience in multiple-days trekking tours in the jungle/mountain in Vietnam or other countries.
• Understanding of adventure tours, exploration tours, or outdoor activities that have an element of risk (caving/hiking/trekking/trail marathon...).
• Having knowledge of the tourism industry is an advantage.

Working hours: 8:00 AM-12.00 AM và 1:30 PM-5:30 PM from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-12.00 AM Saturday.
