Job Description

We looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Operations Specialist which will be reporting to the country sales manager and HQ Head of Sales Excellence. The main role for this position is to ensure our sales continuously growing our Ocean & L&S topline in the most efficient manner and it also includes sales compensation management, sales process training and optimization, performance management, and ensuring a consistent and high data quality in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities
• Driving Sales Excellence principles: sales minimum quality standard adoption, process adherence and hygiene, the usage of standard data and reports in the Sealand OS to ensure the sales coaching conversations focusing on driving sales effectiveness and growth
• Proactively identifying opportunities for sales process and support improvement, enabling Sales teams to spend their time on selling activities
• Rigorously improve SFDC data quality and adoption in Sealand Sales organization
• Performance managing the sales team towards pipeline targets through relevant dashboards and data visibility tools
• Drive the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) process E2E, ensuring that we administrate and run the plan timely and to a high standard
• Support Sales Channel/ portfolio review and optimization, and the equitable assignment of sales targets
• Coordinates training delivery for the organisation together with CEN Sales Academy and L&S product function
• Acting as the liaison point between the business and the GSC to ensure that GSC support is leveraged optimally and that processes are delivered at the right time and quality

Job Requirements

We are looking for
- Bachelor or Master degree combined with experience of working independently, while understanding the importance of effective cooperation with team members and frontline stakeholders
- Minimum 3- 5 years of sales operations or commercial positions experience
- Have a solution-focused attitude, strong analytical skills, and have demonstrated proficiency in using data to drive business results
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experiences in working with remote teams
- Advanced understanding of SFDC and other sales system as AFLS, CMD
- Proven ability to work as a change agent and challenge the status quo with process excellence mindset
- Confident self-starter, and pragmatic with a high sense of urgency
- Excellent communicator, proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
