Sales Operations Specialist (Temp 07 Months) - Audio Visual Business

Job Description Summary:

1. Maximize the revenue and profit by planning and executing the sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy.

2. Build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on the trust and teamwork with the channel accounts.

Job Description:

1. Manage discount calculations and settlement outcomes: for Sub-dealers in the Southern region (10-12 conditions/month).

2. Provide support to Sales Supervisors nationwide:

• Consolidate documents for opening Sub-dealer codes, updating code information, etc.

• Calculate MBO (Management by Objectives) for Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives.

• Compile and plan business trip schedules and expenses for Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives nationwide.

3. Support Key Master Dealer in the Southern region (Hai Sáu Sáu):

• Submit and revise cores (7-10 cores/month).

• Calculate discounts and settlements for sales support and marketing programs (7-10 conditions/month).

• Create and track purchase orders for Hai Sáu Sáu, monitor weekly/monthly sales.

• Provide support for spare parts and warranty services for Hai Sáu Sáu.

4. Support Sub-dealers in the Ho Chi Minh City area.

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Administration.

• Attention to detail, ability to work accurately with numbers.

• Proficiency in Excel to handle multiple files and reports.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with various departments and customers.

• Quick learner, ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
