Sales Operator

Main mission is supporting Sales Executive in delivery tasks (like a sales admin). - Receive and handle customers’ orders to meet their due-date by using SAP system. - Negotiate with both customers and factories to ensure customers’ production. - Coordinate with logistics agencies and customers’ logistics section to proceed customs procedures for import-export goods with using bonded warehouse. - Issue invoices to customers by BRAVO system and E-invoices system. - Prepare payments documents - Prepare periodic reports. - Supports Sales Executive’ tasks (if any). * Training - One month trained by the current staffs and on-job training by the supervisors or other sales operators.

Salary: 350$ - 500$ Education Majoring in customs or economics. Length of Experience & Requirements: 0~1 year MUST-HAVE* - English skills (good at writing and speaking) - Understand customs procedures for import-export goods. NICE-to-HAVE* - Have experience of production control. - Understand about customs procedure for bonded warehouse activities or EPE business. - Have experience to work with LG or SAMSUNG. (suppliers or so on.) - Have understanding about electronics components or camera module. - Have experience in using SAP/BRAVO/E-invoices systems.
