About SHIPLINK VIETNAM
SHIPLINK VIETNAM is a professional freight forwarding and logistics company with a strong global partner network. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic sales executive to join our team and take charge of developing and maintaining business relationships with both domestic customers and international agents.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers and international clients/agents seeking freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with domestic corporate clients to ensure high service satisfaction and customer retention.
• Establish and grow agency relationships with global logistics partners and overseas agents.
• Consult and offer suitable service solutions tailored to customer needs (both local and international).
• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor shipments, update status, and resolve any issues with both customers and overseas partners.
• Support in verifying shipping costs and quotations for import/export shipments when required.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and payment conditions with overseas agents and clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and activity plans as requested by the line manager.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Work location: No. 7, Street 46, Ward 2, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: Work-from-home (WFH)
Yêu cầu công việc
• College or university degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics companies.
• This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not open to interns or applicants without relevant experience.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) to work with global partners and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, eager to learn, able to work independently and as part of a team.
