- Selling freight and logistics services for prospects

- Qualifying leads and prospects and effective cold calling

- Developing new and maintaining existing customers

- Achieving goals/quotas set by the management

- Proactively managing exceptional issues and providing solutions

- Assisting in final preparation of rates/quotes with pricing team

- Managing customer relationships to cultivate long term relationships

- Send report to team leader

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in economics, import-export, logistics, etc.

- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position

- Good communication skills in English

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skill

- Proficient in using office software

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure
