• Responsible for market development of pipes and valves in the water supply and water treatment field, exploring potential customer needs, while maintaining existing customer relationships and establishing a long-term and stable cooperation system.
• Deeply understand industry trends (such as water supply/water treatment project policies, customer engineering needs, etc.), develop targeted sales plans based on the characteristics of the company's pipes and valves, and complete the entire process of product promotion, quotation, business negotiation and contract signing.
• Track the project delivery progress of pipes and valves, coordinate internal technical, production and logistics teams, solve problems in product selection, installation coordination and other links for customers, and ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
• Collect information about competitors of pipes and valves in the market (such as price, technical parameters, promotion strategies), and sort out customers' feedback and suggestions on products. Regularly form reports and submit them to the company to provide support for product iteration and sales strategy optimization.
• Achieve the sales targets of pipes and valves set by the company, and submit sales performance reports and follow-up work plans according to the cycle.
Yêu cầu công việc
• College degree or above, major in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant sales experience; those with sales experience in pipes and valves, or familiar with water supply, water treatment, municipal engineering and other industries are preferred.
• Good communication, expression and business negotiation skills; able to connect with customers independently and clearly explain the technical advantages and application scenarios of pipes and valves.
• Strong sense of goal, able to withstand the pressure of sales performance, and able to adapt to necessary business trips (such as visiting customers, participating in on-site project docking).
• Proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT; able to analyze customer needs and sales status through data organization to assist in formulating sales strategies.
