About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Objectives
Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the SnD Department. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the Sales and Distribution dept.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Segmentation and Channels & Digitalization, ect. to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and customer segmentation analysis to identify target markets and customer segments for sales initiatives.
• Develop sales dashboard, sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and track progress towards targets.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and sales pipeline status.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the Personal Banking sector.
Strategy Relationship Management
• Collaborate with key accounts and strategic partners to identify opportunities for joint initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients and institutional partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide guidance and support to sales teams in managing client relationships, addressing client concerns, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Strong Control Environment
• Lead a strong governance and control framework for the business in partnership with key control functions (product risk, compliance, legal, etc.)
• Define and monitor key performance indicators.

Mandatory
• University degree, preferably in business management
• At least 5 years in the insurance industry and at least 3 years management experiences.
• Proven experience in sales planning, strategic planning, or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to work across time zones with global and regional teams
• Strong sales management and sale training skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
Preferred:
• Knowledge of hardware, software and programming;
• Fast learner, independent and capable of working under pressure and efficiently.
