Mô Tả Công Việc
· Price strategy alignment - Align with other functions (Finance, Marketing, Purchasing) for net price and contribution margin;
· Price strategy execution management:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers for price variance through Rebate/Price discount/Promotion scheme, calculate estimate net price and contribution margin in each region;
- Review net price - Review performance and monthly comparison or target price and provide recommendation for Sales management team to improve;
· Market price tracking: Collect selling price information in market of targeted SKUs;
· Manage pricing report for sales and management teams;
· Prepare detail template and consolidate data forecast for weekly, monthly;
· Recommend and support sales team to improve forecast accuracy and capability;
2. Discount & Sales Promotion & Rebate supervision
· Propose Template for Discount & Sales Promotion & Rebate as standard;
· Check all rebate calculations for payment before sending to management’s approval and prepare rebate monthly accrual to Finance;
· Check and review all sales proposals (Trade discount, Sales promotion);
· Payment management: sales promotion calculations and sales target consolidation based on sales budget and get advice and approval from Sales Director;
· Provide calculation for incentive result quarterly and yearly.
3. Salesforce system
· Manage Price lists/ Product lists/ Sales Revenue Performance data for IT to upload on Salesforce system;
· Supervise training salesforce to new users and update to when updated;
· Reporting - Build Reports to review projects and sales activities;
· Development - Work with IT to develop new functionalities to support sales;
· Others - Process related actions when the system has big changes or other related application requires such as BCI, GBI Tableau.
4. Sales Reporting
· Manage Daily & Monthly Sales Report such as Sales Performance Year to date Reports and Charts, Price Report, Project Pipeline Report, Other reports if requested.
5. Team management
· Manage and develop sales support team (1 supervisor & 1 admin);
· Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned employees;
· Delegate action plan relates scope of work, ensure team understanding of common goals, vision and strategies;
· Make team understanding their goal setting and review performance, feedback & feedforward for next steps.
Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· At least 3-5 year related experience with the similar leadership level as supervisor, team leader/manager;
· Good organization, collaboration skill, delegation skill; analytical skill.
· Excellent Excel skill, reporting analytical tool;
· Good business acumen.
