Key Responsibilities:
1/ Sales Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
2/ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
3/ Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Anrun Textile’s product offerings, including their features, benefits, and environmental impact. Present and promote products to clients in a way that highlights their unique value propositions. Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product innovation.
4/ Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to the Business Manager.
5/ Market Expansion:
Assist in expanding the company’s presence in new markets, including international markets. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote the brand and generate leads. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to support business development efforts.
Yêu cầu công việc
1/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent Chinese and English communication skills required. For new employee, company will arrange to go to China for 2 weeks of training.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the textile or footwear industry. Fresher without experience is accepted, company will have training courses.
- Strong understanding of the textile market, especially in eco-friendly products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
