JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understand and communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or industrial field.
• Willingness to learn about technical products and processes as part of understanding the company’s products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Have
• Technical certifications or a background in mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and forecast future sales opportunities effectively.
OTHER INFORMATION
• Probation period : 2-3 months
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.
