• Salary: from 10 millions and more
• Working time: Monday - Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (Friday working from 8 am to 4 pm)

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
**GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regular visit current customers, as well as daily/ weekly build up more relationship with potential customers.
2. Cover and deliver products to distributor as assigned.
3. Assure every TIV product to be available in distributor’s stock and gain all business target.
4. Follow “5 steps of a call”
5. Proceed the plan & schedule in displaying the product, ensuring visibility manner of the displayed products.
6. Maintain the product always in the best mood.
7. Assure and follow properly all standards in displaying the product.
8. Carry out all promotion programs of the company.
9. Build up great team spirit internally by: sharing, mentioning and reverting all necessary information with accuracy & prompt attitude; sharing with co-worker and line manager all achievements; draw and maintain team’s goals.
10. Build up great relationship externally, by getting trust from customers, leading to win result between the company and customers.
11. Make timely reports and update correct market information.
12. Collect updated information of competitors.
13. Obey all rules and regulations of the Company.
14. Follow every task and assignment requested by supervisors.
15. Finish completely all missions with responsibility.
16. Be responsible for Team’s results.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 2 years experience in Sales.
• University Degree. Post graduate qualifications will be reviewed favourably.
• Good knowledge of sales function.
• Basic Knowledge of Trade marketing.
• Familiar with sales field operations.
• Demonstrating decision-making ability.
