- Create sufficient sales pipeline size
- Deliver volume, profit and customer base enlargement to meet and exceed targets
- Proactively participate in bidding, respond to quotation/business inquiry and initiate sales leads by coordinating input from internal involved stakeholders
- Establish business development plan to be aligned with company strategy and local industry environment
- Identifying customers’ need and design end-to-end integrated value-based solution.
- Proactively engage internal cooperative departments to understand customers’ requirements. Support operational implementation and handover once business has been landed.
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction & retention and winning ratio of new opportunities
- Ensure contracts and agreements are validated and signed off as per corporate guidelines

- Intellective in ocean product, logistics & service product and supply chain management.
- Adept pricing and negotiation skill
- Understand dynamics in Lifestyle, FMCG & Retail verticals and translate that into business needs.
- Understand local market, competitors, industry and economy movement.
- Results driven/self-motivated, willing to take challenges, with customer centricity, strategic thinking, teamwork spirit and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Strengths in managing multiple objectives and priorities
- Fluency in English and Khmer, Chinese speaking ability would be a plus
