Sales Representative (Testing Service)

Actively and independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure.

Participate in the planning, formulation, coordination and execution of sales and marketing activities

Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets

Propose sales strategies to improve sales performance of the responsible market

Prepare sales analysis and reporting

Assist with ad hoc project when assigned

Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including customer visits, presentation, tender, quotation, proposal, delivery and invoicing in a timely manner

• Work closely with technical lab managers and technicians to understand client needs and design customized testing programs (e.g., product compliance, material verification, regulatory testing).

• Ensure all client and prospect information, activities, and communication notes are accurately recorded in the company's CRM system

Bachelor degree holder. Major in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related technical field is preferred

1 -5 years’ experience, ideally within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, or working in manufacturing industry.

Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.

Good in English or Mandarin Chinese language is a plus.

Able to work schedules that align with target market
