Job Purpose
The Account Executive is the frontline representative of MixTape Wholesale, responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships, driving sales, and expanding our presence in Vietnam’s F&B scene. You’ll work directly with bars, restaurants, cafés, and retail shops to ensure every outlet has fresh, high-quality craft beverages—while building strong long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
• Visit assigned outlets weekly to take orders, upsell, and build trust
• Identify and onboard new accounts within your territory
• Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution point targets
• Conduct in-store tastings, trainings, and product education with staff
Customer Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high retention
• Work with Operations to coordinate timely, accurate deliveries
• Maintain excellent communication with customers through phone, chat, and visits
Execution & Visibility
• Ensure all accounts have up-to-date POS materials and product visibility
• Confirm cold-chain storage and product handling is in line with brand standards
• Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to managers
Reporting & Systems
• Record visits, orders, and feedback daily in MS Teams or CRM system
• Submit accurate weekly reports and account status updates
• Flag any AR (accounts receivable) risks or overdue invoices to management
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• 12+ new buying accounts per quarter
• ≥ 120M VND monthly revenue
• Product availability in 95% of assigned accounts
• ≤ 5% overdue AR over 30 days
• ≥ 95% data accuracy and CRM updates
Yêu cầu công việc
Must-Have:
• Vietnamese nationality
• Basic spoken English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales route via motorbike
• Flexible, responsible, and eager to grow
Preferred:
• 1–3 years experience in F&B, beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sales
• Previous experience in field sales, account service, or distributor networks
• Familiarity with basic reporting tools (Excel, Teams, CRM)
Department: Sales & Account Management
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Reports To: Territory Manager
Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week
Salary Band: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month (gross)
Commission & Bonus: 6% commission on new accounts (first 3 months), 1.5% on ongoing sales, KPI-based quarterly bonus
