What We Can Offer
In close cooperation with the account managers, Sales Service represent Dobla, being the first contact point for customers and prospects, also the central point within the company.
What you will do?
+ Provide daily support to key accounts, customers, and prospects, in coordination with area account managers.
+ Perform/ Execute the Order to Delivery process, which included but not limited to the following, and ensure that orders are executed properly.
++ Order entry.
++ Following up the execution of the orders
++ Logistics handling of orders.
++ Samples coordination.
+ Act as a key connector between customers and Marketing & Innovation, Supply Chain to ensure the orders meet the timely delivery.
+ Initiate, if possible, any possible project that is beneficial and follow up.
+ Initiate contact and correspond with customers addressing pre-sales issues through emails & phone calls.
+ Upsell and cross-sell products.
+ Handle and follow up complaints from customer.
