Sales Staff

- Provide day to day support to Sales Dept for order processing to after-sale service to customers

- Closely collaborate with internal Teams including: Production, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Accounting, Logistic Team,… for matching production information & delivery schedule to meet customer’s requirement & keep monitoring until order is fully done

- Liaise with & closely collaborate with customer to receive customer’s expectation

- Communication with customers as window/ representative of company to address any concern of coming issues and maximize company service performance

- Monitoring sales activities but not limited to sales contract, sales plan/forecast, delivery target, credit limit control, ….

- Performing daily support functions for other Sales Team members and manager.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields).

- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome and will be trained).

- Languages: Proficiency in English (mandatory).

- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

- Work Location: Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (Company shuttle bus available)

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Off Saturdays and Sundays)
