Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new local and international beauty brand clients for ODM services in the Vietnamese market.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Vietnamese beauty market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
2. Account Management & Sales Strategy:
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final product delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the R&I (Research & Innovation) and Manufacture teams to guide clients through product development, sampling, and mass production stages.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets (KPIs) and contribute to the overall sales strategy of COSMAX Vietnam.
3. Cross-Functional & International Coordination:
• Serve as a key communication link between the Vietnam client, the Korean Head Office, and the operational team in Thailand.
• Clearly communicate client requirements, project timelines, and quality expectations across internal departments.
• Participate in regular meetings and reporting sessions, often conducted in English, with international management.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cosmetics Technology, or a related field.
• Required: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or personal care manufacturing sector.
• Strong preference for experience in ODM business model (i.e., selling custom product development and manufacturing services).
• OBM experience is a strong plus (i.e., experience handling branded products or private labels).
2. Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with Korean management and the Thai operational team.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Korean language skills are a bonus.
3. Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
