TFF (The Thai Flavor and Fragrance Company) is a well-established flavor manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, operating in Thailand, Indonesia, and China, with commercial offices in Singapore and Japan. We are a trusted supplier of food flavorings and industrial fragrances across Southeast Asia.
We're currently expanding our team in Vietnam and seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in either the Food Flavor or Fragrance division — ideally both.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts in either the flavor for food or fragrance industry
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base in Vietnam and surrounding markets
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultation to clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional materials
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective client engagement
• Prepare regular sales reports and communicate results to the regional leadership team
• Represent TFF at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the flavor or fragrance industry (having both is a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales in the food, beverage, cosmetic, or chemical sectors
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a regional team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software
• Understanding of the Southeast Asian market landscape is a bonus
• CV in English.

- Or Work remotely if you are in Hanoi.
