Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate Sales Staff member to join our Cornerstone Music team. In this role, you will utilize your sales experience to assist customers in selecting the right musical instruments and educational

courses. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets, working alongside our vibrant team in a fun and inspiring environment.

Job Description

- Assist customers in selecting musical instruments and courses based on their needs and preferences.

- Provide knowledgeable advice about our extensive range of musical products.

- Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively engaging with customers.

- Maintain product displays and ensure the shop remains organized and appealing.

- Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with the teaching team to promote music education offerings.

- Build lasting relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the musical instrument or education sector.

- Experience selling musical instruments or music courses is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- A passion for music and a strong understanding of musical products.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Working hours

Monday - Friday (10:00 to 19:00), Saturday - Sunday (8:00 to 20:00)

Saturday and Sunday work in shifts, 1 day off per week of your choice.
