Responsible for sales activities, including Industrial Land Lease, RBF Lease, Commercial Land Lease, Office Lease…
1. Achieve sales target and outcomes within schedule.
2. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing customers to know their future expansion plan.
3. Establish and maintain good relationship with business associations, relevant government officers, sales agents etc. to exchange information and get the potential customers information.
4. Receive customers to create customer database & follow up.
5. Present, promote company’s products & identify customer’s need to recommend the best solution.
6. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements and corporate with legal & related departments to make Agreements.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Function Head to maintain workflow smoothly or enhance sales activities.
8. Other tasks are assigned by the Managers.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good at English (all skills). Having other languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) is a very big advantage.
- Good sales, presentation, negotiation skills, Ms. Office.
- Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (if there is no company's event, training or work demand, employee can self-arrange his job to work from home on Sat).
- Working Place: Amata Industrial Zone, Bien Hoa City.
- Company shuttle bus picks employees at 3 stations: Phu Nhuan Cultural Center, Van Thanh Theme Park, Thu Duc crossroads.
